WoW Forever Protection Warrior Rotation

Protection Warriors are seemingly back to 1h + shield.
Charge
and
Thunder Clap
are now useable in
Defensive Stance
which is a big quality of life improvement. There are more offensive talent options, but we're opting for one that balances threat and defensiveness. The sims will eventually tell us what the optimal rotation is, but below is an idea of what that might look like:

Single Target

1. Use
   Defensive Stance
   .
2. Use
   Battle Shout
   .
3. Cast
   Shield Wall
   and
   Last Stand
   as your emergency defensive cooldowns.
4. Cast
   Bloodrage
   to generate rage.
5. Maintain 5 stacks of
   Sunder Armor
   .
6. Maintain
   Thunder Clap
   .
7. Maintain
   Demoralizing Shout
   .
