It seems like the Balance Druid rotation will center around the new talent

while maintaining your two dots. If the dots snapshot the bonus from

Balance of Nature

, you will need to cast them after a spell of the opposite school. Finally, Boomkins also provide a party-wide 3% crit buff that's exclusive with Leader of the Pack. The sims will eventually tell us what the optimal rotation is, but below is an idea of what that might look like:
