. You can even take

instead of
Presence of Mind
if you want.

Single Target

1. Maintain 5 stacks of
   Winter's Chill
   if assigned.
2. Cast
   Presence of Mind
   with
   Frostbolt
   .
3. Cast
   Frostbolt
   .
4. Cast
   Fire Blast
   or
   Arcane Explosion
   if the target will die before your next
   Frostbolt
   cast finishes or while moving.

AoE

1. Cast
   Cone of Cold
   .
2. Cast
   Arcane Explosion
   if you can be close to the enemies, otherwise cast
   Blizzard
   .
